I didn't notice the rhyming until my third time through. The first reading I just felt it ~ the randomness of the lives taken by the sea, the sorrow of those left on shore waiting for their loved ones who will never return. The second time through, I took in the words and phrases you used ~ stunning. And the third time I tried to pay attention to your technique. I'll read it again and again, and always get something more from it. A beautiful poem, Pete, on every level. daniAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690603320508472274.post-50559801883190599342011-01-19T20:32:19.563+00:002011-01-19T20:32:19.563+00:00Gorgeous and so vivid.Gorgeous and so vivid.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690603320508472274.post-68030009334923004202011-01-19T19:04:02.637+00:002011-01-19T19:04:02.637+00:00Peter you are a master at weaving tales - it trul...Peter you are a master at weaving tales - it truly is your calling.really enjoyed this one..bkmsigned...bkmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03558304976280070986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690603320508472274.post-34069806761903306732011-01-19T18:49:55.163+00:002011-01-19T18:49:55.163+00:00Cool One-shot, thanks!Cool One-shot, thanks!Christopher Reilleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02666606765140200783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690603320508472274.post-31053934874982755982011-01-19T18:27:26.224+00:002011-01-19T18:27:26.224+00:00A beautiful rhythmic piece, set to a sorrowful sto...A beautiful rhythmic piece, set to a sorrowful story.<br />Pamelaflauberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18424439866515694972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690603320508472274.post-53146724248062176712011-01-19T17:14:01.665+00:002011-01-19T17:14:01.665+00:00YESYESYES!!!!!!
